The cost of the system is dependent on your location and personal needs..

At an additional cost the complete system will include a new notebook PC complete with: professional installation of the EIS software, and a half day of one-on-one training, either in person or live, via the internet. (This is highly recommended for purchasers who do not have the time.) .

We also strongly suggest that the computer used for the EIS remains a stand alone laptop or PC used exclusively for the EIS system and clients.

The base system is $ 19,500 USD plus applicable Taxes and Shipping Costs are extra.

Q: What is included with the purchase?

The following items are included with the purchase of a "Complete System":

Q: What are the language options for the EIS software?

A: English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Swedish, Russian, and Turkish language software options are available. However, training and technical support are limited to English only, at this time.

Q: How much are the disposable forehead electrodes?

A: $450 + shipping for 500 electrodes. Please be sure to order replacements BEFORE you run out of the sample pack of electrodes included with your system. You may contact your distributor for re-supply.

Q: What training is included with the purchase of a system?

A: Level 1 and Level 2 training are included. Level 1 training is located on the EIS installation disk, along with the Basic User Manual.

Q: How many PC’s can I install the system on?

A: You are given PIN codes for installation on two computers.

Q: What kind of technical support is available, once my system is delivered?

A: PC support for your system is available 9-5 PM EST from the manufacturer for EIS-related questions only. You will not receive computer or peripheral assistance for matters unrelated to the function of your EIS system. Customer support information is contained within your basic user manual. You may also contact your distributor for EIS reasonable software installation assistance and operational questions.

Q: Is financing available?

A: You may lease the system through an affiliate Leasing Company or fund your system through your own leasing service. Our Leasing affiliate generally approves businesses with two or more years of operational history and good credit. Approval is usually obtained within 24-48 hours of lease application receipt. Or full payment will be received by wire transfer or bank draft. Bank transfer information is available on request.

Q: How long will it take to receive my device?

A: Once funds have cleared bank, you should receive your system in 5-10 business days subject to stock availability.
